All prices on happycooking.uk are displayed in either GBP or EUR. The currency shown will adjust automatically based on your location.
I received the wrong items / missing items in my order
We sincerely apologise for the error and any inconvenience caused. Please contact us at order@happycooking.uk with your order details, and include a photo of the incorrect items (if applicable). Our customer service team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.
If any product is out of stock, we will offer either a replacement of similar value or a full refund.
I received damaged products
We are very sorry this has happened. While all items are carefully inspected before dispatch, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing order@happycooking.uk. Products must be brand new and unused. Kindly include your order details and a clear photo of the damaged item(s), and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Processing time
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your case and provide a response within 1–3 working days.
