Refund policy
General Conditions (All Regions)
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging (with all tags attached)
• In a resaleable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Any promotional or free items received with your order must also be returned in order for the refund to be processed.
For UK Customers
• We follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at order@happycooking.uk. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
All authorised returns from UK customers will be covered by us.
For EU Customers
• Customers in the EU are entitled to a 14-day return period from the day you receive your item.
• The same eligibility applies: items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Please contact us at order@happycooking.uk before sending back any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our UK service centre.
• We recommend using a tracked service and ensuring secure packaging, as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.
• Once the return is accepted, we will cover the cost of sending any replacement item (if applicable). Refunds will always be processed in full.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product, please note that the item must still meet the above return conditions (unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition).
To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team at order@happycooking.uk, and we will assist you with the process.
Please note that any price difference between the returned product and the replacement product will either be refunded to you or charged accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some time to complete the refund.
