About HappyCare Extended Warranty
HappyCare is an optional add-on service provided by HappyCooking.uk. It allows you to extend your product warranty for an additional two years beyond the standard one-year coverage — giving you a total of three years of protection and extra peace of mind.
HappyCare can be selected when purchasing eligible products and must be added at the time of purchase.
Coverage
During the HappyCare coverage period, if your product develops a fault due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Covered cases include:
- Internal or mechanical failure caused by a manufacturing defect;
- Non-user-related malfunctions under normal household use.
Exclusions
HappyCare does not cover the following:
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling;
- Cosmetic issues (e.g. scratches, dents, discoloration) that do not affect performance;
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (such as filters, bulbs, or gaskets);
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification;
- Products used for commercial or non-household purposes.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase. When you add HappyCare, the total warranty period becomes 3 years (an additional 2 years).
The warranty period is calculated from the date on your original purchase invoice and will not be renewed or extended after a repair or replacement.
How to Request Service
Warranty claims under HappyCare follow the same process as our regular warranty service. Please refer to our Warranty and Servicing page for detailed instructions.
Additional Terms
- HappyCare must be purchased together with the product and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.
- United Kingdom customers are entitled to full warranty coverage with free servicing.
- European Union customers also receive the same standard and extended warranty coverage. However, if servicing is required, customers are responsible for the cost of sending the product to our UK service centre. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired product back to you. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
