Shipping policy

How is my order shipped?

For UK deliveries, smaller parcels are typically shipped via Royal Mail, while larger items are handled by FedEx, UPS, or Parcelforce. For EU deliveries, shipments are primarily handled by UPS or FedEx. Delivery partners may be subject to change without prior notice.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

• In-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the schedule stated on the product listing.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

How long does delivery take?

• UK orders: Typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• EU orders: Typically delivered within 7 working days after dispatch.

 

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery progress.

 

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

• UK: Free delivery on orders over £50.
• EU: Free delivery on orders over €150.

Can I change my delivery address or order details?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to update your delivery details. Please email order@happycooking.uk with your order number and the updated information. We will confirm any changes by email.
