Warranty Coverage – United Kingdom

We provide warranty and servicing for products purchased within the UK through our e-store or authorised retailers. Products purchased outside of the UK are not eligible for warranty or servicing due to differences in voltage and safety standards.

For example, Japanese voltage differs significantly from the UK, and without a high-power step-up/step-down transformer, the product may become permanently damaged.

Warranty Coverage – European Union

Customers within the EU are also entitled to a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note the following conditions for servicing:

 1. If servicing is required during the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our UK service centre.
 2. After servicing, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired product back to you.
 3. We cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit. Customers are strongly advised to ensure the product is securely packaged when returning it for servicing.

How can I request servicing?

Please contact us via order@happycooking.uk with the following information:

 • A description of the issue or concern.
 • Your order number and proof of purchase.

Our customer service team will review your case and respond within 1–3 working days.
