Return and refund policy

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

.In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:
.In its original packaging (with the tags)
.In a resaleable condition
.With its proof of purchase
.You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.

Please note that we are also unable to offer refunds if you have purchased from our retailers, please go back to the retailer you purchased from and seek a refund from them instead.

This return and refund policy is only valid in UK.

I received the wrong items / missing items in order

We are so sorry for the error and inconvenience caused! Please email us at order@happycooking.uk with your order details, along with a picture of the wrong products (if any) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For products that are Out of Stock, we will offer a replacement of similar value or refund.


I received damaged products

We're so sorry this happened! We always check our products before shipping out but accidents do happen along the way.

Please email us at order@happycooking.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.

Please include your order details and product that was damaged, along with a photo if possible.


Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers.
