The Panasonic NU-SC102W is a compact 20L steam oven that combines Steam, Fermentation, Convection and Steam-Convection for everyday versatility. Pure 100°C steam cooks without preheating, while two fermentation levels (30°C / 40°C) support perfect dough proofing. Convection heating up to 230°C handles roasts and bakes, and Steam-Convection (190–230°C) keeps food moist and fluffy. With 14 preset menus, 5 cleaning functions, an 800 ml water tank and a bright cavity light, cooking and maintenance are simple and efficient.

Important! Good ventilation must be ensured around the product. Allow 20 cm of space on the top of the oven, reserve a gap not smaller than 5 cm from the right wall, a gap not smaller than 5 cm from the left wall and a gap not less than 10 cm from the back wall. Do not block the ventilation opening.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- After steaming, wipe residual water in the cavity with a dry cloth and leave the door ajar to ventilate.
- If white powder appears at the steam outlet, drip tray or cavity, it’s mineral residue—run an auto cleaning program and wipe with a wrung cloth.
- The cooling fan may run for several minutes after cooking—this is normal.
- Use cleaning functions regularly to maintain the steam system and water pipes.
- Avoid abrasive pads or harsh solvents; clean the tray with mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
