Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Empty and rinse the water tank after each use; leave the door ajar to air-dry the cavity.
- Do not use abrasive pads or harsh solvents on the SUS + silicon coating.
- Remove crumbs/oil from trays and rack promptly to prevent smoke and odour.
