Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Allow the device to cool completely before cleaning
- Deep pot, steaming rack, and grill plate can be washed with mild detergent
- Wipe the main unit with a slightly damp soft cloth, never immerse in water
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage
Usage Precautions:
- Read the instruction manual carefully before first use
- Ensure the product is placed on a stable surface during use
- Do not move the product while in operation
- Fully extend the power cord during use
- Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces
Usage Tips:
- For hot pot mode, add appropriate amount of soup base before heating
- Ensure sufficient water when using steam mode
- Pre-heat for 2-3 minutes when using grill mode
- Cut ingredients to uniform sizes for even cooking in stew mode
Each mode is an independent cooking program. For best results, we recommend completing the current mode before switching to another. If you need to switch mid-cooking, please turn off the power and allow the unit to cool slightly before changing modes.
Select the mode based on your cooking needs: - Hot Pot mode for shabu-shabu style cooking - Steam mode for fish, dumplings, etc. - Stew mode for soups and braised dishes - Grill mode for steaks and grilled vegetables
For safety and optimal cooking results, we recommend using only original BRUNO accessories. Other brands' accessories may not properly fit the heating system and could affect your warranty coverage.
A slight operational sound during use is normal. However, if you hear any unusual noises, please stop using the device and contact customer service.
