Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Use citric acid to clean the inner tank monthly or as needed to remove mineral buildup.
- To clean: add citric acid with water to the max line, stir gently, then press the “Select” button for 3 seconds to begin the cleaning process.
- After the cycle ends, unplug the device, remove the lid, and carefully drain the water.
- Boil clean water once to remove any residual smell before resuming use.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and dry with a clean towel.
Usage Precautions:
- Do not immerse the unit in water or wash under running water.
- Only use clean water – do not add tea, coffee, or other substances directly into the pot.
- Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the pot during use.
- Unplug when not in use or during cleaning.
Storage Method:

- Allow all internal moisture to fully evaporate before closing the lid for long-term storage.
