Product Care
- Replace the cartridge every 12 months, or sooner if the filter-life indicator on your dispenser prompts you.
- Flush the new cartridge before first use, following the flushing routine in your dispenser's manual.
- Store unused cartridges sealed, upright, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not wash, cut open or attempt to regenerate a used cartridge.
- Use with potable mains water only, between 5°C and 38°C.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which dispensers does ADD541 fit?
It is the correct cartridge for the PHILIPS ADD6901, ADD6902 and ADD6912 RO water dispensers. It does not fit the ADD6921DG or ADD6922CG — those use the ADD583 cartridge.
Do I also need a separate carbon filter?
No. The ADD6901 and ADD6912 use Philips' All-in-One filtration system, so the ADD541 is the only cartridge you need. A separate post-carbon filter is sold for the ADD6902 in some markets, but it is not required for the models we supply.
How often should I change it?
Every 12 months under normal household use, or when your dispenser's filter-life indicator prompts you.
Is this a genuine Philips part?
Yes. This is the genuine PHILIPS ADD541 cartridge, not a third-party equivalent.
