Genuine PHILIPS ADD583 replacement cartridge for your RO water dispenser. It uses Philips Aquaporin Inside™ reverse osmosis technology — a biomimetic membrane built around aquaporin proteins, the same channels the human body uses to move water through cell walls. Six filtration stages in a single all-in-one cartridge remove up to 110 harmful substances down to 0.0001 micron, then re-introduce minerals for a smoother taste.

Product Care
- Replace the cartridge every 12 months, or sooner if the filter-life indicator on your dispenser prompts you.
- Flush the new cartridge before first use, following the flushing routine in your dispenser's manual.
- Store unused cartridges sealed, upright, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not wash, cut open or attempt to regenerate a used cartridge.
- Use with potable mains water only, between 5°C and 38°C.

Which dispensers does ADD583 fit?
It is the correct cartridge for the PHILIPS ADD6921DG, ADD6922CG, ADD6951BR/90 and ADD6991WH RO water dispensers. It does not fit the ADD6901 or ADD6912 — those use the ADD541 cartridge.
How often should I change it?
Every 12 months under normal household use, or when your dispenser's filter-life indicator prompts you. Heavy use or hard water may shorten this.
Is this a genuine Philips part?
Yes. This is the genuine PHILIPS ADD583 cartridge, not a third-party equivalent.
Does it remove minerals from the water?
No. It is a mineralisation RO cartridge — the reverse osmosis stage strips contaminants, then a mineral stage returns beneficial minerals for taste.
