I've had many rice cookers over the years, ranging from cheap to premium, but never a Zojirushi. This is without doubt my best rice cooker yet, worthy of its reputation and justifies the price premium. The various programs use Fuzzy Logic of course but there's only so much that can be done with a heating cycle. Yet somehow the cooking results from the Zojirushi give the impression that each grain of rice has been cooked individually. The rice is flavourful, fluffy and separate with no sign of mushiness or burning. Build quality is excellent. Ergonomics are great with a clear, bright display, large raised positive buttons and very visually clear and textured markings in the bowl. All steam vent parts are removable for washing. Would suit someone sight-impaired or with limited dexterity. Also love the clock and timer feature, so you can set the time you want your rice to be ready. 100% recommend.
